It is not heat therapy, this is low level laser therapy, also known as "cold laser therapy," vs. hot lasers that are used for surgical/cutting procedures. When using a low level laser, pets may feel a slight warmth from the treatment depending on the device or settings, but it is not detrimental or dangerous to the animal. My rep has completely abandoned helping. I've texted in the past & recently & no response! I'm hearing that I'm not the only one this is happening to. So I won't work with her any longer.
